    We ship to almost every country in the world and offer free shipping.

  2. HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
    We ship our products all over the world. There is no minimum quantity required per order and all our deliveries are free. Unless you take secure delivery - loss/theft/breakage for 4.95 euros.

  3. HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? The processing of your order, shipping and delivery of the products take a maximum of 7-14 working days. We do everything we can to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

    Delivery times for:
    Italy: from 7 to 14 working days.
    Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Netherlands and Germany: 8 to 12 business days.
    For other European countries: 7 to 14 working days
    USA: 5 to 9 business days.

  4. MY ORDER IS NOT COMPLETE:
    If your order includes more than one item, they may be sent separately, depending on stock availability and shipping warehouses. Don't worry, your package will arrive shortly.

  5. I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER?
    A problem with the post office? Package lost, broken or destroyed?
    With our Safe Delivery - Loss/Theft/Breakage option Nova Pigiama takes care of all disputes for you. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We don't pass the buck to the carrier and leave you to "fend on your own".

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

  3. DO I WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM?
    We are only able to accept returns in the event of a proven product defect.
    Our products undergo strict quality checks before each shipment. However, if your products have manufacturing defects, please send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging, if possible) to info@ nova-pigiama.com together with your order number. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
